• Tuesday, August 18: Conference registration and sessions begin at 2:00 PM.
• Wednesday, August 19: Full day of conference sessions, exhibitors, and networking opportunities.

Using a Government or Corporate Credit Card?

If the credit card used to pay for the room is not in the registered guest’s name, or the cardholder will not be present at check-in, a Credit Card Authorization Form must be completed and submitted before arrival.

Hotel policy does not allow check-in with a credit card that does not match the guest’s government-issued ID unless a completed authorization form is on file.
